She participated in her teacher’s dance productions in India and the USA in the late 1990s and early 2000s. In London, she further honed her skills by learning intricate Kathak techniques from Mukti Shri, a disciple of Shrimati Shama Bhate.
Since relocating to the UK in September 2007, Ragini has performed solo, duet and group compositions across various UK cities. She has also choreographed group works with dancers from other Indian classical styles. Kathak has become an essential part of her life, profoundly influencing her. Currently, she teaches Kathak in Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire

This segment features melodious lyrics, rhythmic patterns, kavitts (recitation verse) such as Jatayu moksha paran, Hanuman paran, concluding with a tribute to Lord Rama. She will also perform other choreographies created by her teacher, Shovana Narayan, including a beautiful portrayal of leelas of Lord Krishna, his beauty and attributes (Madhurashtakam), and the life story of Buddha from the perspective of his wife Yashodhara, among others.
