As a countdown to the International Day of Yoga 2023, The Nehru Centre will be hosting free Yoga Classes every Tuesday evening commencing from 04th April until 30th May 2023. These sessions will be held in collaboration with three major UK based organisations.
Focusing on Breath and Flow, this class will bring you a combination of pranayama, yoga postures, and relaxation/meditation as part of an authentic, accessible practice that deeply benefits mind, body, and spirit.
This session will be conducted by Kesh Asyrigadoo
Originally from Mauritius and now based in the UK, Kesh is a 500H Sri Sri Yoga teacher who loves to explore breathwork and flow in yoga and help others to experience how movement through the postures impacts the different parts of the body and optimise their functioning, whilst reducing stress and calming the mind.
