A Bharatanatyam performance that will explore the different relationships of women around love - Love for the Supreme soul as bhakti, love as a sakhi as shringara, love as a mother as vatsalya etc conceptualised by Guru Dr. Sandhya Purecha and performed by Suhani Dhanki.
Suhani Dhanki Mody is a Bharatanatyam performer, teacher, choreographer and an Assistant Professor of Dance having trained in the theory and practice methodology under her Guru Dr. Sandhya Purecha since the past two decades. She has a BA and is a gold-medalist in MA - Dance from Bharata College affiliated to the Kalidas Sanskrit University in India.
She has worked with award-winning dance companies and independent artists across the UK, collaborated with renowned musicians and created site-specific choreographies. She has featured on international brand WhatsApp's docu-series 'Crossing Cultures' and on BBC's kids channel CBeebies sharing her love for dance. Suhani is also well-known as an actor having played pivotal roles in Indian TV and film.
