Born into a musical family in Bikaner, he began his violin training under the guidance of his father, Madhav Lal Goswami, and further honed his skills under the tutelage of renowned violinists like Mahendra Bhatt and Damodar Lalji Kabra. This rich lineage of training has shaped Goswami into a violinist of great technical proficiency and expressive depth.
Goswami has performed extensively across India, gracing stages in cities such as Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, and Kolkata. His performances, known for their advanced techniques like Gamak, Meend, and Alankarit Taan, have earned him a reputation for both technical mastery and emotive interpretation.
