Ekta Bajaj is a visual artist, podcaster, column writer at iGlobal and was awarded WOW Woman of the Year 2021 award for her book, The Voice of Kali. She is also a regular speaker at corporate events, about the power of storytelling and a positive mindset
In the panel discussion, Monica and Ekta will be discussing the importance of diversity in literature, and the significance and absence of representation of storytelling, reading and writing in south Asian culture. The panel discussion will be followed by a classical Kuchipudi performance by Arunima Kumar and live poetry narration from ‘The Voice of Kali’ written by Ekta Bajaj. A Q&A session on revitalising ancient south asian wisdom through stories will conclude the event. The event will culminate in the celebration of Indian Voices with live story narrations, Embracing the rich tapestry of narratives from the region.
